Local ID information is managed through the Local ID Generator Type window. To access the Local ID Type window, open select the '''CustomisationPreferences''' menu , and then select '''Data Entry Form Customisation > Local ID GeneratorType'''. The Local ID Generator Type window displays a list of local ID types defined in IMSMA(Figure 164).

The Local ID Generator Type window contains two sections: ::*A filter section for limiting the list of data displayed –You can filter the data displayed in the table by selecting a filter from the list and entering a value. Local ID types passing the filter are listed in the table. More information for using the Local ID Generator Type window filter can be found under [[Filter the Local IDs Displayed]].
::*A table for the data – By default, the table displays all local ID types defined in IMSMA. The data displayed in the table is sorted by name. To change the sort order of the data, click the column header associated with the attribute on which you would like to sort the data.
