Warning.jpg Existing translations in the language that is being imported will be deleted

To import the Data Inventory categories, enumeration values, Custom Defined Fields' labels, etc. from a file:

  1. In the File menu → ImportTranslations.
  2. Import translation1.png

  3. Click the Browse button.
  4. Note.jpg The first row in the file need to specify the language code and the file type needs to be .properties e.g. trans_km.properties.
  5. From the Open window:
    1. Navigate to the directory where the file is located.
    2. Click the Open button.
  6. Click the Import button.
  7. Import translation2.png

  8. Click the Yes button.
  9. Import translation3.png

  10. Wait until the export is finished and click on the OK button.
