Warning.jpg Existing translations in the language that is being imported will be deleted

To import the Data Inventory categories, enumeration values, Custom Defined Fields' labels, etc. from a file:

  1. From the File menu, select the Import menu option.
  2. From the Import menu, select the Translations menu option.
  3. The Import Translated Terms window displays.
  4. Click the Browse button.
  5. The Open window displays.
    Note.jpg The file name needs to contain the language code, and end with .properties e.g. trans_km.properties.
  6. From the Open window:
    1. Navigate to the directory where the file is located.
    2. Click the Open button.
  7. Click the Import button.
  8. The Verify Translation File Upload window displays.
  9. Click the Yes button.
