	If you would like to remove all form elements from the design pane, click the Clear All button.

To remove elements from the Data Entry Form template:

From the design pane, select the form element that you would like to remove from the Data Entry Form.
Do one of the following:
While holding down the mouse button, drag the selected form elements off the form design pane.

Click the Clear button.
