	If you would like to delete all form elements from the design pane, click the Clear All button.

To delete elements from the Data Entry Form template in the Data Entry Form Template Designer window:

From the design pane, select the form element that you would like to delete from the Data Entry Form.
Do one of the following:
- While holding down the mouse button, drag the selected form elements off the form design pane.
- Click the Clear button.
