Delete Data Entry Form from Workbench

To remove a field report from the Workbench:

1. From the Data Entry menu, select Field Reports.
2. From the Field Reports menu, select Workbench.

The Workbench window displays.

3. Click the row associated with the field report you would like to remove.
4. Click the button.

The Verify Field Report Deletion window displays.

5. To remove the field report, click the Yes button; otherwise, click the No button.
