The Audit log provides an overview of work done in {{IMSMANG}}. But the ''Action'' in the Audit log is not the same as ''Data Entry Form status'' or the ''Reconciliation action'' (e.g. Combine). Action in the Audit log can be described as which button the user clicked on when working with the Data Entry Forms.
The filter Action has the following values:
* Save
* Submit
* Approve
* Reject
* Unapprove
* Delete (a row in the Workbench).
