Add an Image to the Map Page Layout

To add an image to the page layout:

1. Click the button.
2. The Open window displays.
3. Navigate to the location of the image that you would like to add to the data entry form template.
4. From the Open window, select the image file.
5. Click Open button.

The image is placed on the page layout.
