To add a circle:

  1. Click the DrawCircle.png button.
  2. On the page layout displayed in the map pane, click where you would like to begin drawing the circle.
  3. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the crosshair around to draw the circle.
  4. Release the left mouse button when you have completed drawing the circle.
