Step 7 When the installation is done, open up IMSMA TrayLauncher; run imsma client configuration tool, install license, save and exit.
Step 8 Go to Regedit and rename the key ''RealVersion'' for 9.3.1770 to e.g. ''RealVersionOld''
Step 9 If you would like to use ArcGIS 10.1 then you need to rename the RealVersion key for 10.1 '''back''' to the original name
