To remove delete elements from the Data Entry Form template in the Data Entry Form Template Designer window:

<li>From the design pane, select the form element that you would like to remove delete from the Data Entry Form.</li>

<li>Do one of the following:

::*While holding down the mouse button, drag the selected form elements off the form design pane.</li> ::*Click the '''Clear''' button.
