For most factors, if the factor tests positive for a location, a value of 1 is assigned to the factor. There are some factors such as the number of victims that contain a count; in these instances the count is used as the value.

  • Land: Ordnance: Ordnance Classification-Category – The factors within this item attribute name checks for the existence of the selected ordnance in the ordnance table of a data entry form. The impact scoring does not use the quantity; it only looks for the existence of the ordnance.
  • Education: Education Training – This factor includes activity data entry forms that have the “education within 24 months” attribute set to Yes.
  • Victim: Old By Attribute – This factor sums the counts contained in the activity data entry forms Number Injured Old and Number Killed Old fields.
  • Victim: Old By Date – This factor counts the victims in a location which have a report date that is prior to the date selected in the Count Victims After field on the Settings tab. If the data entry form does not have a report date, the date on which the data entry form was approved is used.
  • Victim: Recent By Date – This factor counts the victims in a location which have a report date after the date selected in the Count Victims After field on the Settings tab. If the data entry form does not have a report date, the date on which the data entry form was approved is used.
  • Victim: Recent By Link – This factor counts the number of victims in a location.
