By default, all local ID types are listed in the table when the Local ID Type window is opened. You can limit the local ID types displayed in the table by selecting specific filter attributes.

To filter the local IDs displayed:

  1. From the Preferences menu, select Local ID Type.
  2. Select the attribute on which you would like to apply the filter from the Filter drop-down list. Filter options for local ID types include:
    • Name – returns local ID types with a name that contains the specified value.
  3. Enter or select a value that the selected attribute must contain. Note that the filter is not case-sensitive.
  4. Click the Apply button.
  5. Local ID types passing the filter are listed in the table.
