The icon tool allows you to add a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif to the report template.

To add an image to the Data Entry Form template:

  1. Expand the Tool node.
  2. Under the Tool node, click the Icon Tool option.
  3. While holding down the mouse button, drag the Icon Tool to the form design pane.
  4. Click the Properties button.
  5. The Component Property Editor window displays.
  6. From the Component Property Editor window, click the Choose button.
  7. Navigate to the location of the image that you would like to add to the Data Entry Form template.
  8. From the Open window, select the image file.
  9. Click the Open button.
  10. Add icon1.png
  11. Click the Submit button.
  12. The image is placed on the Data Entry Form template.
  13. Add icon2.png
  14. The image will get a grey shadow around it due to IMSMA increases the size a few pixels.
  15. Open the Properties again and specify 1 pixel bigger than the image.
