The text tool allows you to add text such as a titles, headings, and page numbers to the template.

To add text to the field report template:

1. Expand the Tool Folder.
2. Click the Text Tool option and while holding down the mouse button, drag the Text Tool to the form design pane.
3. Release the mouse button when the text is in the desired area of the form design pane.

You can edit the typeface and font size of the text. For more information, refer to How to change element display properties section.

How to Add an Image to the Field Report Template

The icon tool allows you to add a .jpg or .gif to the report template.

To add an image to the field report template:

1. Expand the Tool Folder.
2. Under the Tool Folder, click the Icon Tool option.
3. While holding down the mouse button, drag the Icon Tool to the form design pane.
4. Click the Properties button.

The Component Property Editor window displays.

5. From the Component Property Editor window, click the Choose button.
6. Navigate to the location of the image that you would like to add to the field report template.
7. From the Open window, select the image file.
8. Click the Open button.
9. Click the Submit button.

The image is placed on the field report template.
