→Unapproving a Field Report
To unapprove a field report:

<li>View Open the item view containing the field report using the steps described in to unapprove.</li><li>Click the How to view [[HowToImage:Unapprove a uAFRBtn01.png | Field Report]] button.</li>:The Field Reports window displays.<li>Select the field report from the list, and then click the [[Image:uAFRBtn02.png |Unapprove a Field Open Selected Report]]button.</li>:The Field Report Editor window displays.<li>Click the '''Unapprove''' button.</li>:The field report is unapproved and a Warning window displays (Figure 31) stating that returned to the item in the current view window has been updatedWorkbench. “Out of Date” also appears Item data added by that field report no longer display in the current view window title bar to indicate the item has been updated. The current view window will refresh when it is closed and reopened.

:The Information window displays confirming that the field report is unapproved and available in the Workbench. Any reconciliation that existed prior to the field report being unapproved can be viewed in the Reconciliation tab.
