To add a circle:

<li>On the page layout displayed in the map pane, click where you would like to begin drawing the circle.</li>
<li>While holding down the left mouse button, drag the crosshair around to draw the circle.</li>
<li>Release the left mouse button when you have completed drawing the circle.</li>
