====Old/Recent Victim Threshold Date====
<p>The '''Old/Recent Victim Threshold Date''' is only required when you select the “Victim – Old By Date” or the “Victim – Recent By Date” factors. If you select the “Victim – Old By Date” factor, the impact scoring counts the victims that have a Date of Report or approved date that are prior to the selected date. If the “Victim – Recent By Date” factor is selected, only the victims that have a field report Date of Report or approved date after the selected date will be included in the impact scoring.</p>
