The Audit log provides an overview of work done in {{IMSMANG}}. But the Action in the Audit log is not the same as ''Data Entry Form status'' or the ''Reconciliation action'' (e.g. Combine). Action in the Audit log may can be described as which button did the user click clicked on when working with the Data Entry Forms.
