The Item difference between the two interfaces is the number of possible search options are used for quick criterion and easy searches of the number possible items. Here it is :* Item search - only possible to use one criterion and within the item itself or Location:* Advanced Search - more than one criterion from many items.
In The Search menu also contains a function for searching events in the Advanced Approval workflow, [[Search it is possible to use more than one criterion from many itemsthe Data Entry Form Audit Log]].
