The Audit log provides an overview of work done in {{IMSMANG}}. But the Action in the Audit log is not the same as ''Data Entry Form status'' or the ''Reconciliation action'' (e.g. Combine). Action in the Audit log may be described as which button did the user click on when working with the Data Entry Forms.
The filter Action and has the following values:
* Save
* Submit
