The audit log search functionality is similar to the [[Search Items|Item search]] but for Data Entry Forms. It is also possible to search/filter on Data Entry Forms in the [[Advanced Search]].<br/><br/>
The Audit log provides an overview of work done in {{IMSMANG}}. But the Action in the Audit log is not the same as ''Workbench status'' or the ''Reconciliation action'' (e.g. Combine). Action in the Audit log may be described as which button did the user click on when working with the Data Entry Forms.
The filter Action and has the following values:
* Save
* Submit
* Approve
* Reject
* Unapprove
* Delete (a row in the Workbench).
