If you are experiencing problems with IMSMA, you can view the output messages from the server and/or client processes. These output messages may help with analysing the problem.
<br />To view the server and/or client output messages:<br /> 1. Right-click the '''IMSMA Control Centre''' icon [[File:Control Centre Icon.png|20px|<span title=""></span>]] that is displayed in the lower, right corner of your Windows desktop.<br />
2. Select the '''Console Window''' option. Select the '''Client''' tab If you would like to view the client output message, select the '''Server''' tab for the server output message.
