A few considerations before you attempt to unapprove a Data Entry Form:
*If the Summary of the item is comprised of multiple Data Entry Forms, then you can only unapprove Unapprove the latest Data Entry Form. *If the item is linked has links from/to other items, then the other items must for first be Unapproved. *You can Unapprove a Location Data Entry Form if unapproving that Data Entry Form would not remove If the Location from IMSMA and there are has items assigned with that Locationto it, the the items must first be Unapproved. *You cannot unapprove an If the Education Data Entry Form that have has Education details. If you would like assigned to unapprove it, the parent Education item, you will need to details must first unapprove any Education details items that it may have associated with itbe Unapproved.
If you unapprove Unapprove a Data Entry Form, it will be moved to the workbenchWorkbench. You will see this message, “Data Entry Form <Item> has been unapproved, and can now be found in the workbench.”, displayed.
