To create a new item record:

<li>From the Reconciliation tab of the Field Report Data Entry Form Editor window, select the row associated with the item record you would like to reconcile.</li>
<li>Click the [[Image:ReconItemRecIcon.png]].</li>
<li>When the Field Report Data Entry Form Reconciliation window displays, select the Reconcile as New option. Click the '''OK''' button.</li>
<li>From the Assign <Item> to Location window, select one of the following options.</li>
*''Reported Location'' – allows you to assign the selected item record to any location that you created for this field reportData Entry Form. This includes locations on the field report Data Entry Form form and locations created via the New Locations Manager window.
*''Other Location'' – allows you to assign the selected item record to an existing location.
<li>Do one of the following.</li>
:The location name displays in the Assign <Item> to Location window.
<li>From the Assign <Item> to Location window, click the '''OK''' button.</li>
<li>Click the '''Save''' button on the Field Report Data Entry Form Editor window.</li>:<p>The Information window displays confirming the field report Data Entry Form was saved.</p>
