IMSMA allows you to create, change, and remove fields which are not predefined in IMSMA. These fields are referred to as custom defined fields (CDFs). CDFs can be added to items and Auxiliary data but not to Data Entry Form items (accident, land, activity, location, education, QM, victim, and assistance) and to country structure area, ordnance classification, organisation, assistance classification, cause classification, needs classification and place.
# Add the CDFs added to accident, land, activity, location, education, QM, victim, in the Data Inventory manager and assistance can be added then add them to [[Access the Data Entry Form Template Designer Window | Data Entry Form templates ]] so that they become part of users may add data into the paper-based Data Entry FormCDFs.

After users # Next action is to add data the CDFs to the Data Entry Form and the Data Entry Form is approved, the data entered into the custom defined field can be viewed in the [[Summary WindowTemplates | Summary window templates]]so the users may see the data they have entered.

You can enter Auxiliary data for CDFs that are automatically added to place, ordnance classification, organisation, assistance classification, cause classification, needs classification, or country structure area via their applicable the Auxiliary data Editor windows.
