When the users see squares instead of expected characters e.g. in the Country structure then you need to create a new folder called fallback in C:\IMSMAng\java\lib\fonts and copy the fonts for the language files there.

When the users see squares instead of expected characters If you would like to run IMSMANG in application parts ea language other than English, you will need to create three properties files:* IMessagesXX.gproperties;* ITermsXX. menus and labels then there is something wrong with the translation files in C:\IMSMAng\client\resources\com\fgm\imsma\lexicon properties;* trans_XX.propertiesfor the that language that is specified in the Regional settings on the user's computer.
If you would like to run IMSMANG in a language other than English, you will need to enter translations into the following properties files:* IMessages.properties;* and ITerms.properties. These two files are stored as files and are not imported into the database nor included in the database backup. Please, refer to Backup and Restore. The third file is created by imported into the Export Translations therefore included in the File menu and should be imported back into the database after the translation is donebackup.
