To view the Data Entry Form template:

<ol>

<li>From the Customisation menu, select Data Entry FormsForm Templates.</li><li>From the Data Entry Forms Form Templates menu, select Manage Published TemplatesManager.</li>

::The Published Templates List window displays.

<li>Click the row associated with the Data Entry Form template that you would like to view.</li>
