To do Data Entry and/or Submit/Approve Data Entry Forms, your IMSMANG user account must belong to a User Role that has permissions to do so. There are several different permissions e.g. Data Entry Form and Link. Contact your IMSMANG Administrator if you have questions on permissions. |
The Actions in this group are:
- Link to Existing Item which may be used in combination which several of the other Actions
- Reassign Item to another Location
- Unlink Items.
And for completeness Unapprove a Data Entry Form has also been included. We strongly recommend not to use this Action since all traceability and transparency are lost when you Unapprove.
Link
